After emailing with the city, the city confirmed that the Crestview NPCT bylaws are in compliance with city code. Section 9 item 4 of our bylaws states that "The Secretary shall submit annually to the City of Austin Planning & Development Review Department a list of the current officers, their terms and contact information."
